My name is Richard Giresi. I recently graduated, earning a  BFA in Computer Art from School of Visual Arts located in Manhattan. I am a diligent worker and a trustworthy individual. I enjoy working cooperatively on projects with other people and consider this one of my strengths. Many of my colleagues and professors have commented that I have a strong sense of teamwork and am always apt to helping others in need. I also enjoy independent projects, and have a strong work ethic which I am ready and willing to put to use in a full time employment setting, or doing freelance work. I am open to any opportunity that may present itself.

Maya is my primary 3D program. I am also very familiar and comfortable using Real Flow, Photoshop, After Effects, Unreal Editor and Pro Tools. I am familiar with Mudbox and ZBrush.

Lighting, Texturing and Rendering are my three favorite elements of 3D. For my thesis, I worked on  all facets including Rigging, Animation and Environment design. The thief character however, was modeled by one of my classmates - Ramon Martin. I then textured and rigged the character.

My Resume is provided for you.
